JOB DESCRIPTION - Office Employee
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Director and warehouse Supervisor, for managing and updating the existing database of the company, preparing the daily program, organizing international transport and details of trade and creating special project that may occur according to the needs of the company's future.
TASKS
Manage and record incoming calls external / internal.
Organize and perform daily office procedures.
Organize international transport.
Provide telephone and electronic (e-mail) assistance to international customers.
Administrate offers, orders, payments, and delivery requirements.
Commercial correspondence and file management service.
Invoicing, filing, and proper bookkeeping.
Professional reception and service of visitors.
Support the creation of promotional marketing materials.
File Management: Excel sheets, PDFs, Word documents.
Manage and enhance the existing database with new data.
Control and prevent any failures of the existing program.
Prepare a project arising, such as managing a future web shop.
Update database with new price lists or updated price lists.
Manage price and discount files xlsx, txt, access, asc, dat or others.
Update system with prices, reference replacements, reference descriptions, new references, reference «made in».
Enhance database with information based on cost, volume, time and manner of transport each shipment.
Create and extract price lists per customer and supplier.
Responsible for maintenance and monitoring proper operation of the pc-units at headquarters.

High level of confidentiality, maturity and crisis.

Any previous customer service experience will be appreciated.
IT knowledge (xlx, xlsx, txt, access, Outlook, Word, Web Browsers, Skype, etc.)
Fluency in Greek and English (written and oral).
Knowing another language will be highly appreciated.
TEI or university degree or BA or other.
Work experience 2 years.
Age 22 to 30 years
Completed military service.
